How long does shipping usually take?

— Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. As speedy customer service is always a priority here at Madame Curves. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it’s been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within  5 MORE business days unless otherwise stated.

 

My Orders says it shipped, but why did I receive a refund?

 

— If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Are all items usually restocked?

—No, most items never restock unless it’s a super high demand item. We suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out...

 

Do you offer pick - up options?

 

— No, our company does not offer pick -up options at this time. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address you have provided on file.
